Wanted to get some shots of a classy guy, so of course my awesome friend Tyson volunteered for the job. He shows up with perfect style and I find he strikes a subtle resemblance to David Tennant. The projection may be my own fault as I've become addicted to Dr. Who, lately, but a girl can dream.
After switching through several laptops and two hard drives, I finally was able to revisit the video I was making for the Jenks Aquarium. I hope to have the video posted on Vimeo soon, but until then I figured out the fancy "Export Frame" feature within Adobe Premiere. So~ here's some clips taken directly from the video!
I recently figured out some amazing actions and made quite a bit of use of them through some photographs I've taken recently. The last one, however, was shot by Jessica Cook while I did the editing. I've also been practicing to photoshop makeup, as shown in the last two.
Another semester already! I'm taking quite a few classes that I'm sure will hold some new revelations for myself. First up documentary photography, in which I was given the assignment to take a single picture. I wanted to challenge myself to shoot something sepia tone in hopes of breaking my blue-hue stronghold. And of course JCook looks best in warm colors no matter how cold it really is.
For the last two weeks I had winter break from OSUIT and unfortunately not very much gotten taken care of. While I was able to purchase Photoshop CS5 and Adobe Premiere, I spent most of my time taking care of my mother who underwent a very painful oral surgery. I did get the opportunity to photograph the town's Christmas parade.
